I'm hoping to get some feedback to make sure I'm not missing anything here. Today I received a notification that my account was "in danger of suspension". I reviewed the seller dashboard and it's due to a late shipment. Mind you, it was scanned for carrier pickup 5 days before Amazon said to ship it. And it was delivered 15 days after it was promised by Amazon. I'm a relatively new seller, so I was wondering - we are held responsible for shipping issues after it's scanned for pickup at carrier?
@Seller_poxLB38a8jV0GYou will be held responsible for late deliveries unless you use Amazon shipping. By using Amazon shipping and shipping on or before the ship by date, you are covered from loss or late deliveries. But you must also be enrolled in AHT and SSA for the late delivery not to affect your metrics.
I would suggest reading Amazon policy regarding Amazon shipping guarantees and the newly implemented policies for AHT and SSA.
