Dear Amazon Seller Performance Team,
I am writing to formally request the reactivation of my Amazon seller account. My previous account was deactivated, and I have already submitted a request to permanently close it, as I no longer intend to use it. I am now solely focused on operating my current account.
I kindly ask for your assistance in reactivating my current account. I am committed to adhering to all Amazon policies and maintaining good standing as a seller. Please let me know if any additional information is needed to proceed with the reactivation.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to your response.
Unfortunately you're not off to a very good start. Opening a second account because your first was deactivated is against policy.
The two accounts have been linked. You won't be able to reactivate your current account without reactivating the original.
Why was your first account deactivated?
You aren't communicating with anyone but other sellers and a few Community Managers in this forum. Seller Performance is unreachable.
Hello @Seller_pebIiKSkk7X5b,
Thank you reaching out on the forums.
I see that your current account has been deactivated for a violation of the multiple accounts policy due to your original account that is deactivated and you would like some guidance on your available appeal options.

@Seller_LImVvUWeyiCfQ is 100% correct here. Per the multiple accounts policy, we may deactivate all of your accounts until the original account issue has been resolved. Since you do own the original account it will be required to reinstate it before this account will be eligible for reactivation.
Can you share with us the reason the original account was deactivated? You can post the deactivation performance notification here after removing your personal information, so we can take a look.
In the meantime, I suggest to review the following resources for specific details on this policy...
--Comply with Amazon’s Multiple Account policy
--Address a Multiple Account Policy violation
I am looking forward to your reply. The forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
