I got the email

Hello,

Your Amazon selling account will be deactivated on 05/20/2024 in accordance with section 3 of the Business Solutions Agreement if you do not follow the procedure outlined below.

5/20 was the last selected date for my Virtual Verification. I called in everyday for the last 3 days requesting my interview time. I was told it was scheduled on 5/20 but I never received an email regarding the time. I do not want the account to be deacativated before my interview tomorrow.

I wanted to confirm if you had received a notification to complete the verification, or did you receive a notification for the appointment?

Could you also clarify the reason for the verification interview? Was there a concern with supply chain, general verification? Can you provide the original notification?

Additionally, if you had not received a verification notification, or have not completed this interview, have you attempted to reschedule the dates?

HI I had my interview on Tuesday morning and I submitted invoices via email. I was told by the interviewer that a decision would be made within 3 business days. I tried contacting him back through the email twice but have not received any response as it has been past 3 business days. My account still has limitations where I cannot withdraw funds.

I have still not heard back from the Amazon team. I called in a few times as they said I would hear back after 3 business days, which would have been last Friday. I would like to know my status and if I needed to provide more information as I am still unable to withdraw funds.

As you did confirm when the verification was completed, you should have received communication on their decision. The last notification I received was May 31, a week ago that it was still under review. Again, the interview itself was 5/21 so my funds are still being withheld. I would like to get an update to see where they are in their review and if they need me to provide any additional information. Please let me know if you are seeing any updated information on your end.

I have yet to receive any updates on the situation, I did reach back out requesting an update. This team does not provide any type of time frame, so as soon as I receive an update from them I will follow up with you here. I still suggest continuing to monitor your notifications in case they communicate their resolution directly with you.

Our review teams had confirmed that they completed their review and provided very limited information regarding their decision.

They have advised that due to them not receiving requested information to verify both the account and your inventory that they moved forward with an account deactivation. Guidance provided on reactivation will require that you first verify all of the requested documents or information and submit them for review. If these documents cannot be verified the account will remain deactivated.

A new video link will not be provided until we are able to verify everything.

Since my account is currently deactivated, what happens to my inventory at the fullfillment centers? I have inventory there but as I look up the ASIN, it is not showing in my inventory as available. I can't create removal orders. What happens now?

I would advise reviewing our FBA removal overview help page, this offers guidance on removal and disposal orders and processes.

When it comes to this situation as there is a review of the inventory I cannot confirm if it is eligible to be removed. If there are concerns with products and listings, inventory is usually restricted from removal but can be disposed of to remove additional storage fees. Otherwise as previously mentioned, if you can provide new documents to verify the account and it can be reinstated, the inventory can be removed.
