Hello,
Your Amazon selling account will be deactivated on 05/20/2024 in accordance with section 3 of the Business Solutions Agreement if you do not follow the procedure outlined below.
5/20 was the last selected date for my Virtual Verification. I called in everyday for the last 3 days requesting my interview time. I was told it was scheduled on 5/20 but I never received an email regarding the time. I do not want the account to be deacativated before my interview tomorrow.

I wanted to confirm if you had received a notification to complete the verification, or did you receive a notification for the appointment?
Could you also clarify the reason for the verification interview? Was there a concern with supply chain, general verification? Can you provide the original notification?
Additionally, if you had not received a verification notification, or have not completed this interview, have you attempted to reschedule the dates?

I am following up as I had heard back from our review teams.
Our review teams had confirmed that they completed their review and provided very limited information regarding their decision.
They have advised that due to them not receiving requested information to verify both the account and your inventory that they moved forward with an account deactivation. Guidance provided on reactivation will require that you first verify all of the requested documents or information and submit them for review. If these documents cannot be verified the account will remain deactivated.
A new video link will not be provided until we are able to verify everything.

I would advise reviewing our FBA removal overview help page, this offers guidance on removal and disposal orders and processes.
When it comes to this situation as there is a review of the inventory I cannot confirm if it is eligible to be removed. If there are concerns with products and listings, inventory is usually restricted from removal but can be disposed of to remove additional storage fees. Otherwise as previously mentioned, if you can provide new documents to verify the account and it can be reinstated, the inventory can be removed.
