I’m experiencing a serious issue with one of my listings and I would appreciate help from a moderator or advice from other sellers who have dealt with similar cases.
I am the original creator of an ASIN for a wall charger with specific characteristics (45W, 1.5m 5A USB-C cable, branded packaging with metal support). Another seller is currently listing a completely different and lower-quality product under that ASIN:
Charging output is much lower (under 20W), USB-C cable is only 1.2m and not 5A, No branded packaging – shipped in a plastic bag
I placed a test order to confirm the issue and have clear, documented evidence comparing the original product to the one being sold.
I filed a report via the product detail page violation form, and later submitted a dispute, but both were rejected. The rejection appears to be based on a misunderstanding that this is a trademark issue, when it is in fact a detail page integrity issue.
To clarify:
My brand is enrolled in Brand Registry, but it is currently pending verification, as the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM) has not yet issued the final registration certificate.
I am not filing an IP dispute, but reporting a product listing violation, as a different product is being sold under my ASIN — which misleads customers and damages the listing.
I’m looking for support to escalate this case to the Product Abuse or Listing Integrity team, as the standard support channels have failed to resolve it.
