I need to reverify bank account soon, but my bank has redacted the account number on bank statements

I'm needing to update my driver's license soon on Amazon and when I do that, a bank verification will be triggered. In November of 2024, my bank started redacting account numbers, only showing the last 4 digits. How do I verify my account number when it is no longer shown on the bank statement?

You contact your bank and ask them how to find the whole account number. FWIW, my personal bank account shows me the entire account number (and tracking number) when I login to their website.

I see that your bank has recently removed the entire account number from your statements and you have concerns that this will not be accepted to re-verify your bank account. I understand you are seeking guidance with this, so I am here to take a look and help however I can.

Typically, if your entire account number is not visible on the bank statement, you will have the option to submit a bank letter issued from your bank. It should be on bank letterhead and include all of your details including the full account number. Would you be able to contact your bank before initiating the verification so you will have it on-hand to submit?

I'm currently going through this same situation. My statements only show my member number, which is similar to the account number (missing 3 numbers), and it keeps getting denied. I did reach out to my bank and they sent me a direct deposit letter via docusign, which I've also submitted and still keeps getting denied. I am still getting my deposits through the same bank account but I have not been successful in reverifying the account after resubmitting my drivers license.

@Levi_Dylan_Amazon any chance you can help out with this issue? Case number is 17229910321. I submitted a statement and the direct deposit letter to seller support via this case and they denied as well. I'm not sure what else to do.
