You asked me to start my own thread with a case ID.

Unless, I am missing something, no case ID is created when a DMCA counter notice is filed. I filed a counter notice against complaint ID 16488805521 on October 16. That is 16 days ago.

As per the DMCA, the listing should be restored within 10-14 days unless the complainant files suit, which has not happened in this matter.

I have noticed that Amazon drags their feet on these reinstatements. I wonder why.

Is a dmca counter notice used for false trademark infringement ?

if not then how should one proceed for such a case?

I've initiated a counter-notice DMCA on March 9 and has been accepted on March 11. In the email it says that the the complaining party has up to 10 business days from their receipt of your original counter notice to file a lawsuit in response. I have not been sued during this period yet it's been 12 days after the counter-notice has been accepted my ASIN have not been reinstate. I've reached seller support and they couldn't help.

I would appreciate it if a mod please look into this for me.
