I did not receive any warning on any performance page. Support keeps copying and pasting the same text. I shared the COA and all supplier documentation. There are dozens of sellers selling the same product and supplement fact, support does not tell me what the real problem is. Can you please help? Because the product I sell contains only approved amino acids.

According to Amazon's Dietary Supplements Policy (link), under "Our policy for dietary supplements", all supplements need verification through third-party testing. This includes amino acid products, which need to be tested for:

  • Manufacturing compliance with FDA cGMP regulations
  • Contaminant screening
  • Content claims verification
  • Proper FDA-compliant labeling

I notice you've already shared your COA and supplier documentation, which is a great start. However, the testing needs to come from one of these specific approved verification providers (listed in the "Third-party testing" section):

  • Eurofins
  • UL
  • NSF International

The good news is you have a couple of options through your Manage Your Compliance dashboard:

  1. You can request lab service from one of these approved providers
  2. Or if you believe your product shouldn't require testing verification, you can submit an appeal
