Read onlyA customer opened a A to Z claim, stating the package never arrived, when I did have signature available and the tracking showed there was two delivery attempts by UPS. It was obvious that the customer was trying to commit fraud with me.
The customer then opened an A to Z claim which was thankfully denied on June 20th. Now on July 1st, I get an email stating that the A to Z claim has been granted and I am out $900 now. This has never happened before where an A to Z claim was first denied, then granted afterwards?? How can I appeal this properly because this is not fair at all, and A to Z claim appeals are a common nightmare to deal with as can be evidently seen on these forums.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance from an Amazon team member regarding this matter.

Hello @Seller_OrwADRDwArXfy
Thank you very much for reaching out in Amazon forums, this is Lucre, and I'll be glad to assist.
I understand you would like to know what to do for this claim that was originally denied to the buyer, but then it was approved. I'm so sorry this is happening, I understand this is confusing.
The first thing to do here is to appeal the decision directly from Seller Central. Please go to Seller Central < Performance < A to Z Claims and find the related claim. Click on "appeal decision" button towards the right of the claim.
Please appeal the decision and wait for a resolution. If the decision stands and remains approved to the buyer, let me know in this thread, so I can further review and discuss with our internal team.

We have same problem in our business. Amazon don't care about sellers at all. Thinking about to stop selling on Amazon. Don't want to support their unrespectable attitude.
