A to Z claim incorrectly sided with customer

I have a A to Z claim(Order ID: 701-5960185-8078661) granted against me for not responding to customer request for a return but no message from the customer not even a return open . Claim was opened and granted the same time .

i had one opened a month ago or so(Order ID: 702-2437687-2578665) , customer provided incomplete address and opened A to Z claim . It was granted in customer favor as the item was on hold by shipping company .Then the customer called the shipping company to correct the address as it was missing a single detail and received the item . Amazon initially said i will be credited with the amount but later refused to do anything .

What is it i am missing here , is it new way of business now? Seems like people on other side are not even reading messages . It is frustrating as you are loosing money for no reason .
