Read onlyA buyer returned a wrong item to us, the returned item even has another seller's contact info on it.
We sent messages to the buyer twice with all the detail(P.S. we record all serial numbers of our products), but buyer never replied.
Then buyer opened the A-Z claim, Amazon granted the claim and also denied our appeal. The A-Z team becomes so terrible this year. We never lost any similar case before 2024. They do not check messages now!
Mods please help.
