Hello,
I have an Amazon seller account, and it was recently suspended for allegedly violating the multiple accounts policy. However, I believe this is a misunderstanding.
I have two separate sponsored advertising accounts linked to my seller account. These are not separate seller accounts but advertising accounts associated with the same seller account. When I reached out to the Amazon Ads Support Team, they confirmed that this setup does not violate Amazon's policies.
Despite this, my account was suspended. How should I proceed to resolve this issue? Has anyone experienced a similar situation or have any suggestions?
Thank you in advance for your help.

"However, I believe this is a misunderstanding.

While YOU consider that to not be an issue due to only being 'sponsored advertising accounts' it looks like AMAZON is taking the stance that an account is an account is an account.
They say that the one was 'enforced for violating one of out policies."
In almost all cases, even when people have fully authorized multiple accounts when one has a problem they ALL have a problem.
You will need to fix the issue with the first account that got sanctioned in order to fix the suspension.
Find what Amazon said the problem is and post it here so people can see if there is a solution.

What I am seeing is there is an issue with the Store in the UK region. Please access that store and complete the Virtual Identity Process. Make sure you have all the necessary documents for this. This may be helpful: Global seller identity verification
Your next steps should be:
This may or may not be your advertising account. Sometimes when Sellers open a US store, there is a selection available to open globally. If you do that, ALL Stores in ALL Regions must be in good standing. Please review: Understanding Multiple Account Policy
Thank you @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp for always supporting the Community.
