How to deal with trademark rules

Hi all,

Does anyone have advice on how to deal with Amazon refusing to allow a product title that includes generic words such as "San Francisco Bay." Apparently because someone branded the words San Francisco Bay, you cannot include those words in the title of a product... even if it is used to describe a location as one would see on a map - "Ship in San Francisco Bay." How insane is it that you cannot use plain words that have nothing to do with or evoke someone else's brand?

What recourse to do I have after going through seller help (chat, email, phone support)? Is there some other way to appeal this kind of thing?

No. It's Amazons platform and these are their rules. If Amazon doesn't want something, you can do nothing.

Hi there @Seller_0k1FVZDfVoKLM,

I would recommend that you review the Intellectual Property Policy for Sellers help page to see what steps exist to contest that a listing was removed. Thank you for your understanding.
