What are we doing about orders coming in from areas that USPS and UPS are not delivering to?

Is Amazon going to care that our valid tracking will be affected and it's not our fault? Are we telling the customers to file an A to Z claim if their packages are not delivered due to their area being hard hit by the hurricane? In times like this Amazon should put out a "News" statement on their app as to what "WE" should be doing in case of natural disasters because duh they happen every year. In a perfect world, I suppose. In the meantime, we are printing and shipping items to places on the list that UPS and USPS clearly stated in their emails to everyone as they should about why they are not delivering our packages.

Greetings @Seller_GzyaLmlqwfzzF,

My colleague Taylor compiled the relevant Amazon communications related to the recent hurricanes in this thread here: Delivery delay due to Hurricane Helene.

Please review, and I encourage to follow up in that thread directly if you have additional questions!

- Bryce
