Why are so many pending orders exceeding 21 days?
According to Amazon’s policy, orders will be automatically canceled if they remain pending for more than 21 days.
However, we have noticed that there are 115 orders within our account that are still in pending status and have yet to be canceled, some dating back as far as July 23rd.
These pending orders potentially tie up our inventory and lead to warehousing costs and are affecting my account health rating.
Seller Support is not helping always copy pasting the same answers asking me to be patient after 1 month waiting.
This situation started suddenly in November and has pick during the holiday to 200 items waiting for more than 3 weeks.
The payment delay is impacting greatly my cash flow, my business. Can a MoD help please ?
What really call my attention is almost all overlong pending orders are representing 100% of the sales of 4 items in my catalogue (120 items only)
It seems that someone is deliberately blocking my best selling items for months while doing so. It is too consistent to be just random bad luck / having payment problems regulars joe.

However, I was able to peek at the case #'s you provided and see that they appropriate team has reviewed you situation several times know and checked to ensure the system was operating properly in your account for pending orders, which they have confirmed.
Unfortunately, I will not have anything further to share here outside of what is provided in the case #'s above as I can see in the three cases where they communicated that to you, the appropriate team reviewed.
