Purchase date: Thu, Jul 18, 2024, 7:30 AM PDT
WAS DELIVERED ON JULY 23RD AT 10:24 AM. (ON TIME!!!!!!!!!)
BUT THE TIMEFRAME OF ORDER REPORT SAYS JULY 29TH -AUG 11TH
NONE OF THE DATES ON THIS ORDER FALL ANYWHERE BETWEEN JULY 29TH - AUG 11TH
THIS IS BROKEN !!!
THIS WAS 30 DAYS AGO, SO WHAT 14 DAYS IS AMAZON LOOKING AT?
To calculate OTDR without promise extensions, we’ll consider a 14-day window of time. We’ll pull data from shipments that had a promised delivery date in the last 21 days
THE DELIVERY DATE IS ALSO NOT WITHIN THE 21 DAYS , SO WTH IS GOING ON??

Yeah,
My report says 11 out of 24 orders in 14 days,
When i download report, there are only 4 orders on there.
This is ridiculous!
This whole new, unneeded metrics needs to be booted off immediately!
Once we've turned on SSA and AHT, how can we tell if the labels are now protected?
All the labels look protected. How can we tell which ones really are?
Sadly, Amazon makes it harder for sellers to follow On-Time Delivery Rate, which should be returned to the way it was before because it is really difficult for sellers to keep up with it.
Hello @Seller_ZXQB5JrwxAzEy Thanks for checking in with the forums about that report.

If you share a Case or Order ID, I can check those details and make sure there isn't an error with the report. In the meantime, I recommend checking the OTDR report, specifically the "Actual delivery date" PDT details.

I shared your question with our partner team to confirm that the "Promised delivery date with a promise extension" is what's used to determine if an order falls in the 14-day window for "Promised Delivery Date."
Yes it is broken, it is there to benefit "overseas" sellers. Just like everything else with Amazon, the ones overseas will not have to deal with this nonsense. Just us Americans who play by the rules have to deal with it.
My orders are arriving early, yet my OTDR is sinking like a stone...
We also have reason to question some items showing on our OTDR and have reached out on 2 other threads, but have not seen any mod activity on those so we are trying again here.

We really, really would appreciate any specific guidance on this! I'm hopeful here because I see that @KJ_Amazon did show a willingness to check to see if there may be an Amazon error on the OP's report. Would someone please look at this case that has been open for weeks, with no resolution? We are getting Amazon responses on the case, but they do not address the issue or they give answers to questions we aren't asking, or are telling us that "all is well with our OTDR so don't worry".
While we feel we are completely accurate and that these should not be showing on our OTDR, we of course accept that we may be missing something and would like to know so we don't make the same mistake again. It seems very cut-and-dried to us. The orders shipped when we had the 3 tools in place (AHT, SSA and ABS), ABS shows OTDR protected badge, items were scanned on time, but were delivered very late. They should have protection on them and not show on the OTDR report, correct?
PLEASE, can we get some insight on this?
