My Amazon USA Account Deactivated because of Amazon UAE Account.

My Amazon USA Account Deactivated because of Amazon UAE Account.

I created Amazon UAE and it got deactivated after few hours and after that my USA Account also deactivate because of UAE Account.

I didn't file any appeal yet even though i have utility bills and everything but these aren't on my name and Amazon is not gonna accept it if they're not on my name.

Kindly help and suggest me what should i do.

The easiest answer here is change one of the utility bills to your name. Make sure you put the names match exactly, no abbreviations on one but not the other, capitols in the same places, etc. I don't think there's any way around that requirement.

As you mentioned the UAE store was deactivated which then caused the US store to become deactivated. Why exactly was the UAE store closed? Was there a concern with verification since you're bringing up utility bills? Why do the bills and the account information not match?

The easiest answer here is change one of the utility bills to your name. Make sure you put the names match exactly, no abbreviations on one but not the other, capitols in the same places, etc. I don't think there's any way around that requirement.

As mentioned by @Seller_qTJiCxRI8PpIZ, we will required the information requested. When it comes to verification we will need a valid utility bill, and if applicable a business license. The documentation provided needs to 100% match the information used to register the account, you can find more on the requirements by viewing our seller identity verification help page.. Once the UAE store has been reinstated, you will be able to reactivate the US store by acknowledging the reactivation of your UAE store.
