Help with Inventory at AWD
My US based 3PL was sold and I had to work with a new 3PL to get my inventory to Amazon. Additionally, instead of going straight from my 3PL to the FBA warehouse I choose to get rid of the old 3PL and send all of my inventory to AWD. This week as that shipment started selling, I am getting complaints that the wrong item altogether has been getting sent to my customers.
How can I get my inventory at AWD inspected to make sure either the last 3PL, my supplier or AWD didn't do something incorrectly and that the correct inventory is actually in stock?
