Amazon automatically creates international listings then sends us policy violations
Amazon auto enrolls us in international markets then penalizes us without offering a clear remedy
- We did not request to sell in international marketplaces (yet amazon auto enrolled us)
- We did not request to list our products in these marketplaces (yet amazon listed them)
We then receive 5 policy violations from these international marketplaces and now our store is at risk for deactivation
- Now we are spending time appealing these policy violations in foreign marketplaces but apparently we are not addressing the root cause of the issue and our appeals are denied
This is incredibly frustrating and this is not the first time this happened.
- We do not want our products to be auto listed but we have no recourse. every time we add a new sku
- They are auto-listed then they are auto flagged
- They cannot be appealed and appealing is time consuming with a dead end
- We are randomly enrolled in more and more international marketplaces

What international marketplaces are you referring to? And where is it you want to sell?

Hello @Seller_Pr0uDAQL5XGnF

Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues you have been experiencing. I understand that due to the set up of the unified accounts for North America, you have received violations in another marketplace outside of the US.
As suggested by @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9, we would recommend ensuring that you have taken action on the inventory in those markets so that you do not receive any future issues. As for the violations themselves, would you be able to provide more information regarding the issue that has occurred?
Do you have the documents or details needed to dispute the concerns? What information have you attempted to provide as of now? Please continue to refer to this thread for any future questions or updates on this situation so we may provide support.
Best,
Atlas

I had this problem over a year ago. Amazon turned on Remote Fulfillment by FBA.It created unwanted listings on the other market places.
Deleting the listings from other market places doesn't work because they will be automatically created again.
1. In Seller Central, do a search for remote fulfillent with FBA in the earch field on the top of the screen.
2. On the search window that appears on the right side, under Tools, click on Remote Fulfillment with FBA.
3. Click on Marketplace Enrollment. Unenroll from this B$.
4. After unenrolling, wait about 10 minutes and the check again to make sure you are in fact unenrolled.
5. If you are not enrolled, go to the other market places and delete all the listings.
