Brazil account policy violations
I have restricted product violations on my Brazil account. I have never sold any product there and not intended to sell any. I put the account on a vacation mode. Listings were synced automatically from US account i deleted and closed all listings on brazil account. I received an email from amazon.br that account is pending deactivated in 72 hours if i don't adress policy violations.
1) How can i adress violations now if there is no listing on brazil account.
2) IF they deactivated BR account my US and CA accounts will have no impact because of Br account??
3) Should i close BR account??
Any suggestions would be appreciated

You can't close the Brazil account. It is likely that the other accounts (US, CA and MX) can be affected.

If you have a global account, meaning an account in multiple countries, you need to manage all accounts carefully. If one marketplace requests documents and you don't provide them, that account could be deactivated, leading to the deactivation of all your accounts under the multiple account policy.
1) How can I address violations now if there is no listing on Brazil account.
For that, you should log into your Brazilian account and resolve any pending issues there. Even if you or Amazon deleted the listing and have no inventory, if you received a violation there, that means that at some point the listings were actively present there and that was when the violations occurred. If you'd like to obtain help with the violations, please share more details about the issue here so we can help you resolving them.
2) IF they deactivated BR account my US and CA accounts will have no impact because of Br account??
If your Brazilian account is already deactivated I recommend you to resolve the issue there as soon as possible because that for sure, as mentioned above, can lead to the deactivation of all your accounts under the multiple account policy.
3) Should i close BR account??
Yes, even without inventory, Amazon can request documents related to ID, taxes etc. Putting the store on vacation only helps with product related violations.
