Customer opened a replacement return for an item with a part that went bad and customer agreed i could just send them the part than return the whole item (think sending a replacement remote rather than shipping back and reshipping a whole television).

Customer got the part and was happy, i closed out the return and thought it was the end of it. Customer then got billed the full amount of about $109 and i got $80 as a saf-t-claim i never filed. I cannot refund the saf-t-claim funds, and id have to refund almost $87 to refund the original order.

Any way to fix this other than taking a hit on the original order?

We have situation that we received an order March 16 in the evening. The next day 17th which is Sunday we created the label and next day Monday 18th delivered to the USPS facility. Couple days later the customer called Amazon and was refunded , because of the delay. The same day they received the package. We filed SAFE-T claim and the answer was that we didn't send on time (March 18). We attached the tracking info that states that everything is send on time. Then we received another answer that we haven't send on time (March 22). We answered again with prove that we did everything on time. The answer was that the decision is final and they may not answer any more. Anybody with similar experience. What are our options?

What do I do here? Got a Next Day Air shipment that just came through a few hours ago. Order shows Ship by Tue, Dec 24 and deliver by Thu, Dec 26.

I go down to the Amazon shipping services, and ALL of the available shipping options show Late Delivery Risk and none will arrive on time. Even UPS Next Day Air service. So none of these will offer us any shipment protection for any issues if something happens.

First time seeing an issue like this. Is this a bug? Not sure what to do with this order.. cancel and get a ding on my account, or ship and pray the customer doesn't report an issue and we are out all the money.
