We have situation that we received an order March 16 in the evening. The next day 17th which is Sunday we created the label and next day Monday 18th delivered to the USPS facility. Couple days later the customer called Amazon and was refunded , because of the delay. The same day they received the package. We filed SAFE-T claim and the answer was that we didn't send on time (March 18). We attached the tracking info that states that everything is send on time. Then we received another answer that we haven't send on time (March 22). We answered again with prove that we did everything on time. The answer was that the decision is final and they may not answer any more. Anybody with similar experience. What are our options?
What does the tracking on USPS's site show? Sometimes the tracking on Amazon will show an acceptance scan when it is really the label creation event. The tracking does need to show a carrier acceptance scan on or before the ship-by date on the order, and them scanning a SCAN form isn't a valid one.
