We have requested for removal as we didn't had sale. It has been around 30 days since the shipment date as notified by amazon. We have not received any single unit out of 21 units, and we couldn't track any information as we don't find any carrier details mentioned and the tracking number provided are not valid.
Also, the seller support persons are not helpful in providing the information and are not ready to help regarding this issue. They say the reimbursement claim window has been closed.
What should be done here. Should we proceed legally ?
Same happened with us as well. We had initiated return of three SKU and non of the packages have been returned from warehouse.
Only option is to raise a ticket and wait for resolution from Amazon.
In recent days a lot of theft is taking place at warehouse level as well
From last 2 months I am not receiving removal orders. Amazon partner "Delhivery" returing orders to FC without even calling me. I am getting to know about this only through Delhivery app update.
I have open ticket with Amazon from last 2 months. So far they are not able to provide root cause or solution
