My staff made a mistake of cancelling an FBA shipment (HGR6) that was already in transit. UPS returned the shipment to Amazon warehouse in Lexington KY in place of HGR6 as in their record Amazon Lexington KY was the sender. We have been following up with seller support regarding this and if KY can receive these units or the boxes can benefit returned to us but with no luck. Has anyone gone through something like this and have any ideas of resolution for us. We have case id 17180384971 if any of the moderators can assist?

We have inventory in Amazon warehouse, for the last two months we received orders yet Amazon didn't ship the item to our customers. The customer representive said it's the payment problem, our customers all said they can use the same payment card to buy other items and they all delivered on time. Now we can't deal any orders because FBA won't ship it, and customers have to cancel the order. Can you good guys tell us have you met this similar issue? Thanks very much.

Hello @Ezra_Amazon, our shipment with the ID FBA18T4LYW2K, was not updated after it was picked up by Amazon Authorized Forwarder. For at least 3 weeks, the shipment status remains ''In Transit''. We can not find any additional tracking number/detail from Amazon. Shipment was created through Send To Amazon. How can we track our goods?
