Typically when it comes to a concern of authenticity, these will come from either amazon or customers, was this a customer complaint or just a general concern of authenticity for products you listed?
You mentioned that you were prepared to provide the necessary documents, this will include valid invoices that reflect our listed requirements in our responsible sourcing help page. We may additionally confirm your supply chain in efforts to confirm authenticity, are you sourcing from an authorized supplier? Please keep in mind if there are concerns with your supply chain and where the products were sourced, we may also require a letter of authorization from the brand.
