Amazon was constantly underpricing me starting about a year ago (prior to that, we just kept the price competitive and we were selling fine.) Now my listing says that I'm a brand new seller. What to do?

I chatted with Amazon support and was told that it needed to be escalated and I just have to wait. Any ideas, anyone?
