We told the buyer to contact Amazon for issues regarding the delivery as tracking shows it was delivered in the buyer's mailbox.

Amazon send a canned answer to us:

Now this order is supposedly claims protected as it was shipped on time, labels purchased through Amazon, and the order arrived on time.
This marketplace is impossible! I'm so disgusted right now. We went from being a full-time seller to part-time. We may end operations all together if Amazon doesn't start supporting our efforts and follow through on their own commitments!
