I was able to delete the UK and European accounts. Now I only have three accounts: USA, Canada, Mexico.
That is very good. BUT - unfortunately that will not help you at the moment. Amazon will NOT do payouts to citizens of Russia or Belarus as long as the war is going on, even if you live in another country. These are INTERNATIONAL restrictions, that is not Amazon's decision.
But your account is now ready. You have to wait that things change, maybe the new US president will achieve a positive result and the restrictions will be lifted. If this is going too long, you will have to do a new reverification of your seller account for "inactivity".
