A buyer entered an order Mon 09/09/24.
I am trying to reactivate my seller account.
I confirmed my charge card. I get an email. I click on the URL and then on the page, I click on “Reactivate Account.” The page “Inactive Account” with pink banner appears. I click on “Continue” blue box. It goes back to “Charge Methods.” [My card on your files expires 09/2029]. And the loop starts all over again. Please advise how to reactivate the seller account for UbiCaritasPress.
