I’m reaching out for help regarding a "Product Condition Complaint" related to fit issues for one of our products. We sell women’s pants, and some customers have reported that the sizes they received were either too large or too small, which has led to a complaint being flagged by Amazon.
I’ve taken steps to address the issue by updating our size chart and product description, but I’m not sure how to properly appeal this complaint with Amazon.
If anyone has successfully appealed a similar complaint before, could you please share some advice or provide a sample appeal plan? I’d really appreciate any guidance on the best way to approach this situation.

Based on the description of the situation, you will need to navigate to the product condition complaints section of the account health page. Find your related ASIN and use the provided "appeal" button to open the questionnaire provided for the situation.
This will prompt you with details, please be sure to read all options prior to moving on to ensure you're selecting the most accurate information. Once the questionnaire is completed, you will have a submit button at the bottom of the page. This will be passed to the appropriate teams for further review to ensure mentioned updates have been made and address the concerns.
