My issue is error code 8572. I have a case, but nobody can help me it has been a week already. I bought the UPC code on GS1. I have attached all the requests made by amazon support like screen shot of error message, certificate, statement, pictures, and everything else they keep asking for. The brand is not registered yet. I keep getting replies to re list product again only to have error message 8572 pop-up and I find myself going through this whole process over and over again with no success. Can anyone here help with my problem, I tried getting a live person to talk to but my call keep saying "connecting" and nobody answer. I tried live chat, no luck. Any other ideas that can help me?
"They have determined that we have investigated and found that the Brand and Manufacturer are not enrolled, then it shouldn't be blocked by GTIN error. Kindly proceed to wait up to 24 hours and re list it again to get rid of the error message. "
