Our product is a high-quality leather journal designed for personal and professional use. It is not a book, but rather a journal/notebook intended for writing, sketching, and note-taking. Our notebook/journals is being incorrectly listed and displayed as an author-published book on Amazon's search page.

Despite removing and changing many words, Amazon's algorithm still lists my notebooks/journals as "books." If anyone has suggestions to resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate it.

We recently noticed that we don't have any listings eligible for Featured offer in the 'Books' category, which is over 90% of our available listings. I have checked active listings in other categories such as 'Toys' or "Movies & TV" and items do show eligibility in those categories. However, every active inventory item in the "Books" category shows an eligibility of "No", even where we have the lowest price.

Hello! We have a product listed as spiral notebooks but it is showing under BOOKS and we cant advertise it. We can remove the Unknown Binding too. Does anyone had the same issue and how to fix it?
