Amazon not suppling return labels
Amazon has been supplying return labels for almost all our returns for almost every reason, for almost 4 years. Now they have stopped and am only issuing return address labels, with the exception of a few off and on. None of this makes sense, we are signed up with the return labels program, and our items are not on the exempt list. Amazon will not supply a reason. Calling does not get you anywhere nor does filing cases, you just get the run-around. Does anyone have the answer

When you go to a listing does it say "Eligible For return"?

Do you have a PO box as your return address? If yes, that is why. They aren't supplying return labels over a pound for USPS anymore since they contracted with UPS to rip off....I mean support seller returns.

the same issue has occurred since 31st May.
We have had no issues with this for 3 years and we haven't changed any settings.
We opened the case but Amazon is not helping.
If you resolve the issue, please let us know as well.

Can you please provide me the case or cases in which you reported this issue? Or order examples where the label was not issued correctly.
