Read onlyThe customer has initiated a single return request on Manage Returns, and mentioned the return quantity as 5 boxes. Only one return label can be shared on the Manage Returns section against each return request, despite the return quantity mentioned in the request.
We could share 1 return label through Manage Returns and the remaining 4 return labels via Buyer Seller Messages. However, the buyer has opted out of receiving the messages through Buyer Seller Messages.
What can a seller do to address that return request? We do not want to delay the process as the customer may perceive a delay as abandonment and file an A to Z claim.
