LISTINGS REMOVED - NO GTIN BUT IT IS NOT REQUIRED

We have been having listings removed for not having a valid GTIN.

These products are all multipacks, and should be GTIN exempt, but we can't seem to get the request pushed through.

Does anyone have experience with this? We are at a loss here.

ASIN FOR REFERENCE: B00KLFTWAI, B07M7XLXVM, B00198YBFM, B07Q3DHBHY

"These products are all multipacks, and should be GTIN exempt"

Why do you think that they should be exempt? Every ASIN on Amazon needs a distinct identifier such as different UPC numbers UNLESS Amazon has granted a requested exemption.

Additionally, are YOU creating the 'multipacks' or are they direct from the brands involved? Unless these are brand created packs (they would have their own UPC numbers) you can't just make them up on your own.

Amazon has very strict bundling rules and that could be the problem as well.

Hello @Seller_BwhuAKHyZROZM,

Thanks for posting regarding this issue. As @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAphas stated, every ASIN would require a unique product identifier unless you were able to receive the GTIN Exemption.

If you have an exemption there could be other factors causing this to occur. Please share your most recent case ID, and I will take a look to see what options exist for escalation.

Regards,

- Manny
