Brand Name Changed
Our Brand Name changed to Aeiniweraabbcc on several of our listings. We are the trademark owner of MIP and this brand is Brand Registered with Amazon. The listing Brand name has been changed to "Aeiniweraabbcc". We are trying to update our FBA Inventory however since the Brand name has been changed it will now allow us to make any updates. We even sent some inventory in and while they were in transit the Brand Name changed and now they are stranded.

We have been unable to change the brand name back through Seller Support. We have opened multiple cases in the last couple of weeks and nothing has been resolved. Can a moderator please help with this case?

The vast majority of us can't even update our own brand registered products because these types of changes aren't supposed to be possible.
Post a response under that news article where amazon is bragging about helping multinational brands stop counterfeiters while doing nothing for small companies.

Hi @Seller_t0ljyAHUWZK7o, we have had the same issue of Amazon changing our brand name on our listings and then deactivating them. Support has done nothing to fix the issue in 2+ weeks. We are wondering if you were able to get this issue resolved and if so, would you mind sharing what worked for you?
