Brand Name changed on several of my listings

I noticed since last week that my brand name has changed on lots of my brand's listings.

When I go to Edit Listing, the brand name is locked with my selection, but above it shows an incorrect different brand name in grey above it, indicating that is what is showing as live.

Even the name of my brand store has changed.

I am the manufacturer and brand owner, I am registered in Brand Registry.

I opened a case with Brand Registry, support just kick balls from one to another, asked all kind of information, then close the case.

I need help getting my brand changed back.

The change just happened two weeks ago and happened to lots of my listings with that brand.

The Case ID is 15726717651

Mods, please help me get this fixed.

I just created new ASINs with my registered brand few moments ago.. After I upload it, the new ASINs automatically change to another brand.

Thank you for reaching out! I've looked into all these all ASINs and it appears that your display name for your registered brand is different than what you are asking for the brand name to be.

I'm not sure if you're aware of that but I recommend opening a case with Brand Registry support stating this and asking for the preferred display name to be changed to what you'd like to see what they can do. I'll keep an eye on it once that's done!

This happened to me once. Another seller used the same UPC and it gave them ownership.. I had to recreate my listings with a new UPC..

Good luck

Lots of listings over the past few weeks have been brand sabotaged and down the road Bots will take the listing down for infringement policy violation and Amazon will tell you only the current Brand Owners for that listing can change anything which explains the demise of the entire platform. We found one today that was a branded Star Wars item had been changed to Peppa Pig and clearly whoever did it thinks its hilarious so we deleted all units and shifted to eBay on that item it is less stressful that way and clear more.
