Sometimes it is as simple as putting in some credit card corrections.
This is my standard credit card template so use what applies!
Amazon is weird on so many levels and this seems to work at least sometimes!
First, be sure it is an actual CREDIT Card. While Amazon claims that a Debit Card will work, that is seldom true! They WILL charge a Debit Card for initial fees but they will NOT take it on continuing basis most of the time despite their claims!
Put the card number into your BUYER side account first. Wait an hour (sometimes less) for the gerbils to work their way through the system and then put it in the SELLER side.
There was one recent response from a seller on a post that they DELETED the card that was on the buyer side and put the SAME card back in after a little bit and it fixed the problem. Amazon is a maze of broken links in their antiquated software.

Hi Neverlast, you have been really helpful with all the issues I have had, tagging some moderators is specially really useful, I checked the moderators and noticed some of them had their last interaction months ago, so they are probably no longer moderating the forums. do you know by any chance if there are any other new moderators we could tag?
here is a list of their last interactions for your information:
@CR_Amazon (5 days ago)
@Jim_Amazon (1 hour ago)
@Stevie_Amazon (7 months ago)
@SEAmod (3 months ago)
@KJ_Amazon (20 hours ago)
@Nikki_Amazon (5 months ago)

I just have a revolving list of names. By tagging any of them it gets flagged for any of them that are available and active to see someone needs help.
@SEAmod is particularly missed as she has been around for a long time and knows where the bodies are buried at the HQ! She could get things done others were not able to do!
To actually TAG anyone hover your mouse over the name. It has a pop up highlight and click on that. Otherwise it is just text like 'john' or 'pete'...
Thank you, this is very useful to navigate support

I wanted to clarify something regarding Brand Registry. I understand it's not mandatory, and since this is a brand-new product, I'd like to start selling as soon as possible without initially enrolling in Brand Registry. My understanding is that having a sale recorded is a prerequisite for applying for a trademark with the USPTO. Therefore, I'd like to begin selling first, then pursue trademark registration with the USPTO, and finally enroll in Amazon Brand Registry.
Is this approach feasible? If so, do you have an estimated timeframe for when I can begin selling?
On a separate note, I'm still seeing an error in my Amazon account related to the "pet food" category. This category appears on my list of requests, but I never requested registration for pet food. My product is not pet food. Could you please provide an update on when this issue might be resolved?
