I have a missing units from my shipment to Amazon. I have shipped the item on July 2024 and the shipment has been missing, I have asked for reimbursement for the missing items. I have not received any reply from them.

Can some of the mods get back to me with this ASAP. Usually the SS get's back to you within 72 hours.

I'd be happy to escalate this situation internally for further review, however in order for me to do so, I do need to provide that team with a more recent case ID. Although it may be repetitive (apologies for that!), can you please open new case with Seller Support and send me that new ID? If this situation is still unresolved once that new case is closed, I can then escalate this further!
