Deleted Listings Create Conflict with New Listings

I recently loaded my first couple of listings onto Amazon. However, I realised I made a mistake as I wanted to create variations rather than individual listings. I then proceeded to delete the listings in order to create new listings in the correct parent/child formats. However, when trying to create the new listings I got the error that it clashed with another ASIN in the Amazon catalogue (which are actually the listings I've deleted and no longer exist in Amazon). I even tried using the templates to load the listings and I also got the same errors.

Please help!

Good Evening @Seller_W2wprBgwsMh1o,

I just wanted to stop by to let you know that I have reached out to one of our partner teams to review CASE ID ending in 3591 to see if they could assist in figuring out why you are unable to list your ASINs using 'Add a product' or Upload by feed and are running into error messages. They should get back to us within the next few business days. Until we hear back from them, I hope you have a wonderful weekend and take care.

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon

Good Afternoon @Seller_W2wprBgwsMh1o,

I just wanted to let you know that the partner team is still working on figuring out why you are unable to list your ASINs using 'Add a product' or Upload by feed and are running into error messages. They are requesting a a bit more time for investigation. Hope you have been doing well and I will catch up with you as soon as the team follows up with me. Have a magnificent rest of the week.

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon

Good Morning @Seller_W2wprBgwsMh1o,

I finally heard back from the team and have some next steps for you:

  1. You need to fully remove the ASIN following this process shared by my colleague @Glenn_Amazon.
  2. Then you can relist the ASIN but will need to appeal it's removal as it's currently flagged for containing alcohol.
  3. You can provide evidence in your appeal such has images of the product (showing all sides), and proof that it's not alcoholic (using additional evidence that shows the specific nature of the product. This could include manuals, schematics, photos, or a video recording showing your product).

Please let me know if you have any questions regarding the information shared above. Have a fabulous rest of your Friday.

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
