Package delivered to Amazon FC and lost there

I don't know where else to ask, so I'm starting a forum discussion.

I sent the package to CLT2 FC, which arrived three weeks ago. But it has been sitting there with the "delivered" status since then. I waited for the investigation eligibility date to start the case with a support team to help locate the package. But what they did is just shift the investigation date 2 weeks into the future. My package is lost in Amazon FC. What should I do? Is there even a chance of finding it?

Thank you so much for reaching out about this. I apologize for the frustration this has caused!

Please know that there could be a number of factors causing this date change. In general, reconciliation dates can sometimes shift due to the shipment's tracking information and receiving times while it is being researched by FBA Fulfillment Center agents.

As much as I wish I could, I am unfortunately unable to expedite this date. Additionally, I do need to wait until that date passes and for the shipment to go through the proper investigation steps before I can potentially escalate this further, if needed.

If you haven't done so already, I would recommend reading through this resource for steps on how to reconcile your shipment. As well as this post about what to do if your FBA shipment is lost or delayed.

Now, if this is not resolved after that investigation, please reach back out to me in this thread so I can assist further!

they are stealing our inventory, they have lost several thousand dollars of my inventory. I wrote an email to the POS Ceo Andy Jassy the f...coward had his assistant send me a link to the FAQs section. I am filing everyday a report to each State General's Attorneys office in the U.S> so far I have filed a complaint in 3 states, the FTC, the department of commerce, I wrote to my Governor, the Governor of Seattle. Tomorrow I am writing a letter to the office of the President . These f... POS thieves and crooks are getting away with crime. Everyday they continue to lie to me about the inventory they stole from me I will file another report with another state. I will file a small claim in the Florida Court System and Dominic never does sh.....t. He eventually ignores you like the F... coward Andy Jassy, I have included Carol, Dominic, Andy Jassy in all my complaints.

If any of you have any courage at all, you should do the same, these a holes can't continue to get away with this issue of theft and mishandling of our invested money. Stop being cowards and fight this monster
