Read onlyI want to ship a pallet of goods using amazon partnered shipping. I checked my address was correct and made sure there was an email and a phone number present. I do not get any errors in steps 1 through 3 but when I get to step 4 to make the pallet labels all of the sudden the amazon partnered shipping gets greyed out. Everything is the same sku on the pallet. I was able to ship out individual boxes of product and that worked fine using the same shipping info. I tried to contact support but it seems like they just give me generic messages explaining how to check that there is not an address error. My case id is 16900822841. I'm sure others have run into this issue. Can anyone guide me on what to try? Thanks

If your on-hand inventory plus shipments on the way to our fulfillment centers exceeds your capacity limit, you’ll be blocked from creating new shipments to Amazon. You’ll also be blocked if you are below your capacity limit, but the quantity of units that you’re attempting to ship would result in exceeding your limit.
