Sounds like a legitimate FEEDBACK to me.
A Review is things about the product; how it works, how well it's built, etc.
But condition complaints (scratched, broken, has writing on it) are legitimate FEEDBACKS, as these are specific to that order. It's not a review, but an indication of how much care you, as the seller, are taking in selecting, packing, and shipping the item.
