Issue with Image Sequence on Frontend

Our listing images appearing on the frontend are not in the correct sequence and do not match what we uploaded in the backend. We have labeled each image file correctly upon uploading (e.g., ASIN.MAIN, ASIN.PT01, ASIN.PT02...). Despite multiple reuploads, the frontend images remain out of order.

Could you please assist us in resolving this issue? This is our latest Case ID: 10936030842

Thanks for posting here. Your case is in the UK marketplace, and I'm unable to access and view the details.

I would recommend that you start a thread in the United Kingdom Forums, as they are the experts for that marketplace. Feel free to use the toggle on the top-right of this page and switch in the drop-down from "United States" to "United Kingdom", then tap the "New Discussion" button to start up a new thread in that Forum.

I'm having this same exact issue. Images that are supposed to be last are now in the beginning of the sequence.
