The past few months I have been re-doing our main images for our products to feature better, higher-quality photos and digital graphics that display the features more clearly. Our old photos were uploaded when we first started selling on Amazon, so they were in need of some updating.
Typically, our listings consist of variations of the exact same product, just offered in multiple sizes and colors. So I created several graphics to be featured on all variations, with the main variation image and swatch differing based on color and size. I have tried uploading the new images to the parent SKU, as well as uploading them individually to each child variation SKU.
Amazon will not display them on the listing. I have made sure to comply with all image requirements set through Amazon, as well as have spent hours uploading them individually, multiple times. Amazon doesn't give me an error message or anything. I just wait a few days, check the listing, and the photos are still the old ones. Has any one else experienced this? Is there an easier or quicker way to upload these photos?
Sounds like you don't have enough Detail Page Control. This is required most times to get Amazon to accept your contributions.
Are you the brand owner? If so are these falling under your brand control?
Hello @Seller_cIbPyqGFzPfRB,
I'm sorry you're running into issues with your image upload. If you could share your most recent case ID related to this, I'll review to see if any options exist for escalation.
Regards,
