Anyone else noticing almost no seller feedback anymore?
We are only getting Seller Feedback for 0.3% on all orders!
We’ve sold almost 2200 orders in the last 30 days and only 7 seller feedback left. We’ve been using Feedback Genius for almost 5 years, but feedback has never been so low.

The feedback rate is on average only about 1%. So you’re 0.3% is only off by about 7/10 of one percent. Not very many buyers leave feedback, it has always been that way.
Sellers sending messages with tools like Feedback Genius are part of why many buyers have no use for the feedback system.
More annoyance than advantage, and Amazon will protect their buyers from bad sellers.
A remnant of the wild west days of the Internet which will disappear when Amazon is willing to risk the few loud complaints (probably from Amazon sellers).
We’ve had just over 2,000 orders in the last 60 days and only 21 feedback 2 of them due to FBA issues and struck through automatically, surprisingly!
YET amazon holds sellers to such high standards regarding feedback…yes it’s a joke.
Ditto, but more products reviews have been coming…
When the roles are reversed, and we are buyers on Amazon, how many of us leave feedback? Genuinely curious.
Seller feedback is a thing of the past. Same reason people use Prime is the same reason they don’t leave feedback. They are in a hurry and want things in a hurry. No time to mess with feedback. It doesn’t affect their lives.
We’re FMB in 18th year on Amazon
last year 4,400 orders shipped
same or next day and got
78 feedbacks last 12 mos.
Hello platimum_hom, we also use Feedback Genius and send one message. Getting positive feedback doesn’t make a difference until you get negative feedback, then it makes a huge difference. The upset or scam Buyer get’s extra power to wield against the Seller, in my opinion, with the current Amazon review system.
I would prefer Amazon shows the total number of orders processed along with the positive and negative feedback. As a Buyer, that information would be more helpful to me, as it would provide a better indicator of the Seller. If a Seller is processing a 100 orders a week (5,200 a year) and they have 50 reviews with 5 negatives, even though Seller’s percentage would be 90%, I would look at 5 negatives against 5,200 orders and would not think twice about supporting the Seller.
I don’t see the downside with showing the Seller’s total orders processed.
How feedback works, because my sales never get?
We believe it’s less feedback posted than ever. This means if you have 1 upset customer, you run the risk of refunding in full vs. getting a bad feedback and dropping several percentage points (we are a small seller)
Amazon needs to do something or automatically give positive feedback after 90 days
