On Friday Nov 15, 2024, there were several posts about Amazon Buy Shipping flagging orders as Late Delivery Risk. It has continued through orders to be shipped Monday Nov 18, 2024 and Tuesday Nov 19, 2024.
@Seller_RSwABJNHpHnEZ ... we are tagging you as a follow up thread to give more details to present to "the team".
Parameters:
- AHT and SSA enabled.
- AHT is 2 Day Handle Time on our products (custom).
- SSA is set to USPS Ground Advantage (less than 1lb) as the only preferred shipping service. Only Standard shipping is set on our SSA shipping template.
- All orders are being calculated by Amazon for estimated delivery dates.
The following is an example of what is going on with all of our orders.

If we ship this order on Sunday Nov 17, 2024 using Amazon Buy Shipping in Bulk, we see this:

If we ship this on Monday Nov 18, 2024 using Amazon Buy Shipping in Bulk, we see this:

If we use the regular single Buy Shipping from the order to ship on Sunday Nov 17, 2024, we see this:

If we use the regular single Buy Shipping from the order to ship on Monday Nov 18, 2024, we see this:

From our examples above, you can see that Amazon Buy Shipping in Bulk is adding one day to the estimated deliver on date which is causing the orders to have the Late Delivery Risk warning. The estimated deliver on date when using Amazon Buy Shipping (individual from the order) will return a estimated deliver on date which matches the original order estimated deliver by date.
So the issue is with Amazon Buy Shipping in Bulk giving out the Late Delivery Risk warning on labels that are being shipped on the last ship by date of the order. If you buy labels individually in Amazon Buy Shipping from the order, the results from buy on the last ship by date are what we would expect with Claims Protected and OTDR Protected.
