ABSENCE OF BUY BOX

Our concern is that we are not receiving the Buy Box on any of our product listings. Recent negative feedback from the customer increased our order defect rate above 1%, causing us to lose the Buy Box on all listings. However, Amazon removed this negative feedback yesterday, and our order defect rate now shows as 0%.
Unfortunately, the Buy Box has still not returned to our products. We kindly request that the Amazon team review our account and update it as soon as possible. The absence of the Buy Box is impacting our orders and overall sales.

What makes you think you are entitled to have the buy box vs other sellers?
