Read onlyMy product has been flagged as skin lightening and whitening product. Amazon requested the necessary documentation on the product policy compliance page:
GMP certificate, FDA submission, ingredient statement, MSDS, mercury test from ISO 17025 accredited laboratory, etc.
I provided all of them on August 2 and, after 3 weeks, received no substantive response from the corresponding team. It was not rejected, they did not request additional documents, there is no movement at all.
As this is a case for the internal team, I cannot call them; just write emails. I tried escalating with another case, but it looks like it went to the same bin as my original case.
