Read onlyHello Amazon Seller Community,
I'm facing significant challenges due to my deactivated seller account:
Deactivation Reason: My account was deactivated under Section 3 because my supplier not willing to provide the necessary supply chain documentation.
Support Case: I've had an open support case for over a month and still open with no resolution or updates regarding the disposal of my existing inventory and account closure.
Financial Implications: My accountant cannot close my LLC due to outstanding storage fees (<200$) owed to Amazon.
Attempted Solutions: Following Amazon support's advice, I set the 'Remove Unsellable Inventory' setting to immediate, but this hasn't led to the removal of my inventory.
Additionally, due to the deactivation, I'm unable to initiate a removal request. I urgently need guidance on how to proceed so I can close my LLC promptly and prevent further financial strain.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation or can offer advice on resolving this?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
You need to address the violation, reactivate the account and then you can do all those things.
....even if you "close" your LLC you will not be allowed to sell on Amazon with another LLC... and Amazon will not return the goods to you since you have no supply chain.
You can not do a removal on product in FBA if you were asked to supply commercial invoices for it and could not do so.
Your remaining option is likely arbitration, as defined in the Amazon BSA in section 18.
