Amazon will not remove this review because it's not violating the guidelines. This is a personal opinion from a buyer.
If there is "unusual review activity" on this profile, the AI will find it and remove the review. That happened to me, but it took two years.

Honestly, you have great reviews. Someone spamming negative feedback is one thing, but this is less likely. You can however report the review. That is about it, unless you see it being massively done by the same buyer to tank a listing.
